摘要
1985年和1986年,通过用V35和湘优101进行分期播种、多点联合试验,结果表明:播种期对杂交稻整精米率、垩白大小、胶稠度和糊化温度影响较大。对蛋白质和直链淀粉含量影响较小。对糙米率和精米率影响更小;6月中、下旬为杂交稻最佳品质的播种时段;品质较劣的较品质稍优的杂交组合生态改良的潜力较大;各种植地区间,稻米品质亦有差异。其中碾米、营养和蒸煮品质以郴州种植的最好。长沙种植的次之。常德种植的最差;外观品质则以长沙的最好,郴州的次之,常德的最差。绝大部分品质性状与产量无显著相关性;V35品质与产量构成存在显著二次回归关系;品质性状受抽穗结实期间的温、光因子作用显著,且影响的时段和方向不尽相同。
The effect of climatic ecological condition on the quality of V35 (low qualitycombination) and Xiangyou101 (high quality combination) of hybrid rice was studied in 3sites in Hunan province in 1985, 1986. The results showed that the sowing time was of greateffect on percentage of whole-milled rice, chalkness, consistency and gelatinizationtemperature, but small on protein and amylose content and smaller on percentage of brown-rice and milled rice. The sowing period of the best quality was from 11 to 30 June. Thequality eco-improved potential of low quality combination was greater than that of highquality one. With the latitude increase, processing, nutrient and cooking quality became low.All quality characters except gelatinization temperature, were not remarkably related toyield. The regression relationship that the quality charcter depended on yield compomentswas significant. The temperature and solar radiation in milking-ripening peroid remarkablyinfluenced the quality character.
