摘要
目的:建立一种气相色谱法测定原料药氨苄西林钠中丙酮、并丙醇二有机溶剂残留量。方法:选正丙醇作内标物,在极性弹性石英毛细柱上进行各组分分离,效果良好。柱温:85n℃;进样口温度:200℃;检测器温度:250℃;结果平均回收率:丙酮100.1％、异丙醇100.0％;结论该方法克服了进样量不准确的缺点,重现性好,精度高。
Determine the content of acetone and isopropanol in ampicillin sodium raw materi- al with the method of gas chromatography method choose n-propanol as the internal standard,and separate each component on a polar elastic quartz capillary column.The effect is well.The oven temperature was set at 85℃,with injector at 200℃ and FID temperature at 250℃,the average re- covery was at 100.1％ and 100.0％ for acetone and isopropanol.The results showed that the method is the characters of reproducibility and precision.
