摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定利福霉素的含量。方法:以辛基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇—乙腈—0.075mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液—1.0mol/L枸橼酸溶液(45:12:28:5)紫外检测波长为255nm,流速0.8ml/min。结果:其线性范围20～140μg/ml,平均加样回收率为99.5％(RSD1.2％)。结论:本方法简单、快速。结果准确可靠。
Objectives:The HPLC have been developed for the determination of Rifamycin. Method:The fixed phase is ODS C_18,the mobile phase consisted of methanol—acetonitrile—0. 075mol/L KH_2PO_4 solution—1.0mol/L CITRAS solution(45:12:28:5),the detected wave length was 255nm,the flow is 0.8ml/min.Results:The linear range were 20～140μg/ml.The aveage recovery were 99.5％(RSD1.2％).Conclusion:The method is simple,repid and the Result is accurate and reliable.
