血清尿酸水平和冠脉病变相关性研究 被引量:11

Analysis of the relationship between the severity of coronary lesions and serum uric acid

摘要 目的 研究血尿酸和冠脉病变的关系。方法 将 15 7例行冠状动脉造影者分为冠心病组和正常对照组 ,尿酸酶法检测其血清尿酸浓度 ,采用直线相关和回归分析血尿酸和冠脉病变两因素之间的相关性。结果 与对照相比 ,冠心病组血清尿酸显著升高 ( P <0 0 1) ,血清尿酸和冠脉病变计分呈显著正相关 ( r=0 2 2 0 ,P <0 0 1)。多元回归分析显示血清尿酸对冠脉病变计分呈独立的正相关影响。 Objectives To study the relationship between the severity of coronary lesions and serum uric acid.Methods Coronary heart disease(CHD) was diagnosed or excluded by coronary angiography; concentration of serum uric acid was measured with method of uric acid enzyme.Relationship between the severity of coronary lesions and serum uric acid was analysed by linear correlation and multiple stepwise regression.Results The level of serum uric acid in CHD group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0 01),serum UA strongly correlated with the severity of coronary lesions and had an independent relationship with coronary lesions.Conclusions These results suggest that increased serum uric acid may play a role in the formation of CHD.
