摘要肾癌虽较少见,但死亡率较高.国外平均每年约有14万新增病例,约有5.5万患者死亡[1,2].肾癌早期无症状,出现症状时,约40% 的患者病变局限在肾脏,而60%的患者发生了难以预料的转移[3].
