摘要
随着我国经济体制改革不断深化 ,企业面临着激烈的市场竞争。企业为了在竞争中求得生存就不得不注重财务风险及防范问题。财务风险对于每一个企业来说都是客观存在的 ,并且对于企业的盈亏与否、经营状况如何具有举足轻重的作用。因此 ,研究财务风险的有关问题及其如何防范应是企业管理部门十分关心的问题。本文仅就此问题做些探讨。
With the deep development of economic reform in china, enterprises confront the fierce market competition. In order to survive the competition, enterprises have to lay stress on the avoidance of financial risk which exists objectively in every enterprise and which is very critical in determing whether the enterprise is profit or not and the situation of runing. Therefore, every manager of enterprise is concerned about the issue of relating to financial risk and the avoidance of its. In this paper we will analyze and probe into the issues mentioned above.
