摘要
摩擦力矩是影响电液伺服系统低速性能的主要因素。本文分析了摩擦特性,并采用一种新的摩擦模型(LuGre摩擦模型)对系统中的摩擦力矩进行了动态实时补偿的仿真研究。为设计高精度、超低速电液伺服系统提供了途径。
Friction is one of the primary factor which degrade the performance of hydraulic servo system at low speed. The friction characteristic in the electric - hydraulic servo system is analyzed , and then a new friction model ( LuGre friction model) is adopted , which can dynamicly compensate the friction of the electric - hydraulic servo system every time. Then the simulation is carried on. And it offers a new way for developing new types of electric - hydraulic servo systems with high precision and ultra- low speed.
