低频脉冲电磁场治疗绝经后骨质疏松的机制 被引量:28

摘要 雌激素对骨代谢的调节作用很大程度上是通过骨局部因子的变化影响成骨细胞、破骨细胞数量、功能、寿命,进而影响骨形成、骨吸收的偶联。雌激素缺乏诱导成骨细胞形成增加,通过成骨细胞某些因子分泌的改变,间接调节破骨细胞、成骨细胞的功能,从而对骨重建产生影响。脉冲电磁场通过提高骨局部钙离子浓度增强骨局部生长因子的表达,推测电磁场治疗绝经后骨质疏松时,可能具有改变骨局部因子表达的作用,从而通过调节骨局部因子影响骨形成与骨吸收,对绝经后骨质疏松起到治疗作用。但目前尚未见文献报告,有待于进一步证实。
