摘要
目的:分析和总结肠内营养在老年胃癌术后临床应用价值。方法:老年胃癌病人入院后,术前纠正异常因素,必要时术后继续处理,术中、术后严密观察病人全身情况,发现问题及时处理,术中按常规放置营养管。结果:60例老年胃癌病人,术后并发症共12例次,死亡4例,应用肠内营养组,术后并发症发生率为13.33%,而不用肠内营养组,术后并发症发生率为26.66%,二者差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:加强肠内营养应用,可减少并发症的发生,提高手术效果。
Objective To amalgze and Summarize the chinical value of Enterai nutrition (EN) in elderlg patients with gastric carcinoma after operation. Methods After the patients with gastric carcinoma were admitted to hospital, the adnornali-ties must be treated perior to operation , and be treated postoperatively if necessary. Patients were closely monitored thoughowt the operative and post operative phase of the first a few days so that any abnomalities cowld be treated imme diately. It was routinely to place the nutritive tube in cases of them during operation . Results Among the 60 elderly patients with gastric car-ainoma . 12 Patients had postoperative complications and 4 of them died from complications. the rate of postoperative complications in elderly who had used EN was 13. 33% . whereas the rate of postoperative complications in the elderly who hadnot used EN was 26.6696 . There was a significant difference between the two growps (P<0.01). Conclusion s'trengthening the use of EN can decrease the postoperative complications and improve the effect of the operation.
