摘要
目的 :探讨洛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆内皮依赖性血管舒缩因子内皮素 ( ET- 1 )、一氧化氮 ( NO)、6-酮前列腺素 F1α( 6- keto- PGF1α)及血浆纤溶酶原激活抑制物 - 1 ( PAI- 1 )的影响。方法 :将 70例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成洛伐他汀治疗组 35例及常规治疗组 35例 ,比较观察治疗前和治疗 2个月后血浆 ET- 1、NO、6- keto- PGF1α、PAI- 1水平的变化。结果 :1洛伐他汀治疗 2个月后 TC、TG、LDL- C降低 ,HDL-C升高 ,有显著性差异 ;2洛伐他汀治疗 2个月后 ,ET- 1、PAI- 1降低 ,NO、6- keto- PGF1α升高 ,有显著性差异 ;与常规治疗组相比 ,ET- 1、PAI- 1降低 ,NO、6- keto- PGF1α升高 ,有显著性差异。结论
Objective:To explore the effect of lovastatin on the plasma endothelium dependent vasomotor factors endothelin 1 (ET 1),nitric oxide(NO),6 keto prostaglandin F 1α (6 keto PGF 1α ),and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Methods:Seventy patients with UAP were randomly divided into lovastatin therapeutic group ( n =35) and conventional therapeutic group ( n =35),and ET 1,NO,6 keto PGF 1α ,and PAI 1 were measured before and after treatment for 2 months.Results:①After lovastatin treatment for 2 months,total plasma cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C), plasma ET 1,and PAI 1 decreased and plasma high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C),NO,and 6 keto PGF 1α increased with significant differences between before and after treatment.Compared with those in conventional therapeutic group,plasma ET 1 and PAI 1 decreased,NO and 6 keto PGF 1α increased in lovastatin group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Lovastatin can improve endothelium dependent vasomotory function and plasminogen activity significantly in patients with UAP.
