摘要
新时期高校思想政治教育工作面临着新的选择和严峻的挑战 ,大学生在心理素质上普遍存在适应能力差、情绪波动大、意志力脆弱、自我调适能力弱等问题。心理健康教育对提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效性有着积极作用。而要卓有成效地开展心理健康教育 ,则要从优化外界影响 ,系统开设心理健康教育课程 ,进行心理测查 ,开展心理咨询 ,培养学生自助与互助等几个方面来构建。
In the present times,ideological and political education at college is faced with new choices and severe challenges.There are some basic problems among college students,such as:they are weak in psychological adaptability,in determination and in self-adjustment;they are in a great anxious state of mind,etc.,which make psychological education a necessity to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education at college.To carry out the psychological education effectively,however,it is necessary to optimize the influence of the outside world,to give psychological courses systematically while offering all-round psychological education,to carry out psychological survey and psychological consultation,and to cultivate students' ability of self-aid and mutual-aid.
