介绍了雅安中竹纸业有限责任公司BKP竹浆洗、筛、漂工艺流程的改进情况。通过改进工艺和加强工艺控制,提高了生产能力,黑液提取率≥98%,碱回收率提高,实现了碱自给,降低了漂白中段废水量,污水排放达到国家标准。
In the washing,screening and bleaching processes of a bamboo BKP production line,closed washing&screening is realized by process improving and process controlling.The extraction rate of black liquor is higher than98%and the amount of bleaching effluent is reduced.It has laid a foundation for realizing alkali self-supplying and reducing the effluent of the mill.
