STUDY ON THE SIZE AND MORPHOLOGY OF SOAP-FREE CATIONIC P(St/BA/DBMEA) LATEX PARTICLES

摘要 聚 (苯乙烯 /丙烯酸丁酯 /N,N-二甲基 - N-丁基 - N-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵 ) (P(St/BA/DBMEA) )无皂阳离子乳胶粒的大小形态受许多因素的影响 ,研究结果表明 ,有机溶剂、p H调节剂、聚合方法等都影响粒子的大小分布 ,粒子并不呈现单分散分布而呈多分散分布 ,半连续法制备的复合乳液的PSt/PBA用 p H2 .0磷钨酸 (PTA)染色 ,粒子呈明显的核壳结构 ,用 p H6 .4 PTA染色 ,未出现核壳结构 ,用 Os The size and morphology of soap free cationic P(St/BA/DBMEA) latex particles were affected by many factors. The effects of organic solvent, pH value and polymerization method on the size, morphology and the size distribution of latex particles were researched. The result shows that size distribution of latex particles are polydisperse but not monodisperse. PSt/PBA complex latexes particles prepared by semicontinunce method are evident of core shell structure with pH 2.0 PTA and OsO 4 staining, and core and shell of PSt/PBA latex particles with OsO 4 staining is inverse, but PSt/PBA complex latexes particles are not of core shell structure with pH 6.4 PTA staining.
