摘要
目的 :研究凋亡调节蛋白Bcl 2和Bax在子宫内膜异位症发生中的病理生理作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 16例子宫腺肌病的正位和异位子宫内膜、12例卵巢内异症的异位内膜及 17例正常子宫内膜中Bcl 2和Bax的免疫定位和染色强度。结果 :①在正常和正位子宫内膜中 ,Bcl 2或Bax表达相同 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,主要见于腺上皮细胞 ,具有明显周期性变化。②子宫腺肌病异位内膜中 ,Bcl 2或Bax均持续表达 ,无周期性变化。③卵巢内异症的异位内膜 ,Bcl 2和Bax极少表达。结论 :①Bcl 2或Bax在正常和正位子宫内膜的周期性表达 ,提示它们可能参与月经周期调节 ;②子宫腺肌病异位内膜腺上皮细胞Bcl 2持续存在 ,使之得以长期增殖而发病 ,为研究腺肌病的发病机制和寻找防治对策提供了新的理论依据。③卵巢内异症极少表达Bcl 2可能是促成凋亡形成 ,引起巧克力囊肿的原因。
Objective To study the pathophysiological effect of the expression of the apoptosis-regulating protein Bcl-2 and Bax in endometrosis. Method Samples were obtained from 16 patients with adenomyosis, 12 ovarian endometriosis, and 17 normal endometrum. Bcl-2 and Bax expression were examined by immunohistochemical ABC staining with specific monoclonal antibodies. Results ①The expression of Bcl-2 or Bax in the eutopic endometrium was the same as the normal endometrium and their immunoreactivity was found predominately in the glandular epithelial cells, showing obvious cyclic changes. ②The Bcl-2 and Bax expression in adenomyosis was not the cyclic change in ectopic glandular cells. ③ Less expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was found in the ovarian endometriosis. Conclusions ①The Bcl-2 and Bax cyclic change may play an important role in the proliferation and physiologic death of normal and eutopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells . ②Bcl-2 may play an important role in forming adenomyosis .③ Bcl-2 may be the cause of forming chocolate cyst by prompting apoptosis.
