摘要
研究了没食子酸Ga—H2 O2 —NaOH发光体系 ,根据甲醛增强没食子酸发光的性质 ,建立了微量甲醛流动注射化学发光测定方法 ,并用于家庭装修室内空气中甲醛含量的环境监测 .本法甲醛测定线性范围为 0 0 1~ 2 0 μg/mL ,检测限为 0 0 0 5 μg/mL ,相对标准偏差为 2 1% (n=9) .
A new method for the determination of traces formaldehyde was described.It was based on the marked enhancing effect of formaldehyde Gallic acid with hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence reaction.The method gives a limit of detection found was 0 02 μg/mL and RSD of 2 1%.A linear relationship holds in the concentration range of 0 1~20 μg/mL of formaldehyde.
