摘要
通过切削试验研究了陶瓷刀具干铣削超高强度钢时刀具耐用度、主切削力、加工表面粗糙度与切削速度的关系 ,并建立了T -v。
Based on the cutting experiments of dry milling ultra high strength steel with ceramic cutters, the relationship between cutting speed and cutter's lifespan, cutting force and surface roughness are investigated,and the empirical formulas of T - v and F z- v are established.
