摘要
应用复变函数法,利用保角变换技术分析了无限大平板开腰圆孔的应力集中问题;针对船体甲板强梁腹板特殊开孔及补强形式,应用MSC/NASTRAN软件进行了有限元分析,计算了应力集中系数,讨论了开孔产生的应力集中现象及其对开孔参数的依赖关系.经与光弹试验结果的比较,确认了有限元计算结果的合理性.最后提出了若干可供在结构设计中参考的建议.
The stress concentration of oval holes in infinite large plates is analyzed using complex function and conformal transformation techniques. FEA is carried out with the MSC/NASTRAN software for special holes in webs and their reinforement . The stress concentration coefficients of the holes are calculated and the dependence of stress concentration on dimensions of holes are discussed. The results of FEA are validated through comparison with the results of photoelastic experiment. Some recommendations are made for structural design.
