摘要
本文选用新合成的荧光试剂5'-硝基-水杨基荧光酮,在Triton-X-100存在下与Ti(Ⅳ)形成三元配合物,使试剂荧光熄灭而建立了一种测定钢铁中微量钛的荧光分析新方法.方法的灵敏度高,测钛的线性范围为0~15μg/25ml,用该法测定了几种标准钢样中钛的含量,结果比较满意.
A new fluorescence quenching method for determination of Ti(Ⅳ) in steel is described, in which new fluorescence reagent 5'-nitro salisylfluorone combines with Ti (Ⅳ) and TritonX-100 to form a triple complex which causes the quenching of fluorescence of the reagent.The method has been used to determine trace Ti in steels with high sensitivity and satisfied results.Its linear range covers 0~15μg/25 ml of analysed solution.
