A METHOD OF MEDICAL IMAGE REGISTRATION BASED ON CONTOUR EXTRACTION

摘要 提出一种基于轮廓提取及循环迭代的估计医学图像间配准参数的方法,并构造了评价函数用于指导循环迭代过程.通过对实际医学图像进行实验,结果表明这种方法不仅适合单模态医学影像的配准,也非常适合多模态医学影像的配准. In this paper,a method of assessing the medical image registration parameters based on contour extraction and an iterative algorithm are proposed.At the same time an evaluation function was constructed in order to guide the iterative process.It is proven by the experiment that the proposed method is adapted not only to the registration of the monomodal medical image but also to the multimodal medical image as well.
