摘要
本文系统地分析了分流阀动态特性及其对分流精度的影响,在一组非线性运动微分方程的基础上,通过变量置换和线性化建立了分流阀的传递函数。从快速性和稳态误差二个方面,分析了元件参数(特别是阀芯定位弹簧刚度)对分流精度的影响。分析结果可供分流阀设计时参考。
This paper systematically describes the dynamic quality of synchronization valves and it's influence on flow-dividing accuracy. Based on a set of nonlinear differential equations, transfer function of the valve is derived by means of replacing-variable and iinearization methods. The influence of the parameters of the valve(in particular the spring rigidity of the valve rod) on flow-dividing accuracy is analysed in the rate of self-regulation and the steady-state error. The results obtained are useful for the designing of synchronization valves.
