摘要
信息技术的应用使得智能化小区已成为今后房地产发展的必然趋势,大量的智能化小区如雨后春笋般在全国房地产市场涌现。然而在小区智能化迅速发展的同时,也产生了许多问题,针对这一现象,本文从多个角度提出了相应的对策。
With the application of information technology, the intelligent residence quarter is becoming a trend in recent years. A lot of intelligent residence quarters are welling up all over the contrary. However, some ill-considered phenomena occur during the progress of quarter intellectualization. The paper analyses those phenomena and offers some suggestions to the problems in the progress of quarter intellectualization at present.
