摘要
本文报告了应用 BMP 盖髓117例128颗牙的临床效果,此外选择12颗因正畸需要拔除的恒磨牙,(牙合)面人工穿髓,应用 BMP 盖髓,分别于术后不同时间拔除牙齿进行组织学观察。结果发现,BMP组术后2周,一年以后的临床治愈率分别为98.82%和98.59%,均高于氢氧化钙,但无统计学意义。组织学观察证实,术后4周 BMP 组有牙本质桥形成,而对照组没有。术后12周,BMP组牙本质桥依然完整。未观察到任何毒副作用;而氢氧化钙组此时虽有牙本质桥形成,但根管壁有大量的修复性牙本质沉积。因此,BMP 盖髓的临床效果不低于氢氧化钙。
The animal experiments of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)as dental pulp cappingagent had been reported.In present study,BMP was applied to treat 117 cases of dentalpulp exposure caused by caries in clinic.In addition,12 teeth which should be extractedbecause of orthopaedic purpose were chosen to make pulp exposures artifically and werecapped with BMP,and were extracted from 1 to 12 weeks after operation.The resultsindicated that,98.82% of teeth were successful 2 weeks after operation,and 98.59% more than I year after operation in BMP group in clinic.The effect of BMP was as good ascalcium hydroxide at least.Under microscopy,it was observed that,complete dentinbridge had formed by 4 weeks after operation in teeth capped with BMP,while not incontrol group.By 12weeks after operation,the dentin bridge remained completely,noharmful effects were observed in BMP group,while much reparative dentin formed alongroot canal lateral wall as well as dentin bridge.So (?)he successful rate of BMP was notlower than that of calcium hydroxide,and further investigation was needed.
