摘要
研究了一种快速制备碳 /碳复合材料的新工艺—自加热化学气相渗积法 (SHCVI)。该工艺沉积时间 10h ,复合材料密度可达到 1 63g/cm3。通过测定材料的体积密度及力学性能 ,分析了温度制度、反应气体流量、气体压力对复合材料致密度以及复合材料力学性能的影响。采用扫描电镜观察复合材料断口形貌 。
A self-heating chemical vapor infiltration(SHCVI) process for preparing C/C composites was studied in this paper.The density of C/C composites was up to 1^63g/cm+3 within 10 hours.The volume density and mechanical properties were mensurated.The effects of composites's mechanical properties and densification were investigated by researching temperature system,reaction gas flux and gas pressure.The fracture morphologies of composites were observed by means of SEM.The mechanism of enhancing toughness was analysed.
