摘要
用不同抗凝剂在不同温度及时间对血糖测定值的影响。结果提示,凡抗凝剂中加入氟化钠者,均可阻止血细胞对糖的酵解作用。一般1~9或1~12小时测定对血糖前后测定值影响不大(p>0.05),其后血糖值有下降(p<0.05)。在三种抗凝剂中,以抗凝剂Ⅰ(新抗凝剂)优于抗凝剂Ⅱ(草酸钾+NaF)与抗凝剂Ⅲ(肝素+NaF)。温度(2~4℃及15~18℃)对血糖测定值影响不大。
This study was to determine the effects of the three coagulants in determining blood gluccse under different time and temperature.The three coagulants were coagulant Ⅰ (a new style contained NaF), Ⅱ (Potassium oxalate+NaF) and Ⅲ (Heparine+NaF) respectively. The results showed that the coagulants contained NaF were able to prevent blood glucose from resolving of the enzymes in red blood cells.The blood gluoses were stable within 1-12 hours for coagulant Ⅰ and 1-9 hours for coagulant Ⅱ and Ⅲ after collecting the samples, comparing the initial with the latter tests, but there was statistically differency after the interval of 12 or 9 hours (P<0.05).Among the three coagulants, the coagulant Ⅰ is better than the coagulant Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The results of blood glucose were not affected by the temperature of 2-4C and 15-18C in the three coagulant methods.
