摘要
目的 观察和比较含有Vp1 6胶囊 (江苏恒瑞药厂生产 )的ELF方案和FAM方案对中晚期胃肠道癌的疗效、不良反应 ,及CF的大、小剂量对其疗效的影响。方法 全组 98例均有病理结果。病人随机分为三组 :治疗组A组 :大剂量CF组 ;治疗组B组 :小剂量CF组 ;对照组C组 :FAM方案组。入组后分别采用ELF和FAM治疗 ,并进行比较研究。结果 可评价疗效者 71例。治疗组 39例 ,A组 1 8例 ,B组 2 1例 ,胃癌总有效率为 4 1 7% (1 0 2 4 ) ,大肠癌总有效率为 2 6 7% (4 1 5 )。对照组 32例 ,胃癌有效率为 4 1 2 % (7 1 7) ;大肠癌有效率为 33 3% (5 1 5 )。各组之间统计学处理P >0 0 5 ,无明显差异。从不良反应来看 ,比较脱发、静脉炎、白细胞降低的发生率较FAM方案低 (P <0 0 1 ) ,有统计学意义 ;其它不良反应各组之间无明显差别 ,增加CF剂量后 ,对疗效影响不大 ,毒性无明显增加。结论 含有Vp1 6胶囊的ELF方案治疗中晚期胃肠道癌疗效确切 ,与FAM方案相当 ,对胃癌疗效更好 ,口服方便 。
Objective Observation and comparison were made on Vp16 capsules (produced in Jiang su, Hengrui Medical Factory), the chemotherapy and harmful response of ELF and FAM to median, advanced gastric and intertinal cancer The effects of high and low dose of group CF were compared Methods 98 cases had pathological results Patients were randomly divided into three groups:group A treated with high dose,group B, low dose, and CF with large dose control group C, FAM group were compared They received ELF and FAM chemotherapy respectively and they were studied and compared Results 71 cases can be evaluated, 39 cases in treating group 18 cases in group A, 21 cases in group B The effective rate on gastric cancer was 41 7%(10/24), the effective rate on large intestine was 26 7%(4/15), 32 cases in comparing group The effective rate on gastric cancer was 41 2%(7/17), the effective rate on large intestine was 33 3%(5/15) Statistics among groups were P >0 05, there were no significant differences In terms of harmful response, the rate of losing hair, phlebitis, low of white blood cells were lower than that in FAM ( P <0 01) It had the meaning of statistical significance The differences among the groups were not very clear After increasing CF, the effects to the chemotherapy were small There was no obvious increase in toxicities Conclusions ELF regimen of Vp16 capsules can be recommended as the better choice in treatment of median, advanced gastric and intestinal cancer, which is equal to FAM It was better to treat gastric cancer It was convenient to take orally and was worthy of clinical research
