摘要
在加热和pH=l5.50的条件下,基于十六烷基氯化吡啶能增敏(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化四溴荧光素产生强烈的荧光信号,据此建立了十六烷基氯化吡啶增敏过氧化氢氧化四溴荧光素荧光增强法测定痕量锁的新方法。△It与CBi(Ⅲ)呈线性关系的范围为8.0~40.0pg/L;检出限为1.6fg/mL;对8.0和40.0pg/L的Bi(Ⅲ)进行测定,的RSD分别为3.2%和4.8%。本催化反应对Bi(Ⅲ)为一级反应;k=3.34×10^-4/s,E=3.58KJ/mol。该方法用于人发样与水样中痕量Bi(Ⅲ)的测定,结果满意。
A new catalytic spectrofluorimetric method for determination of trace bismuth was developed. The method is based on the enhancement effect of the flouor scattering for Bi (Ⅲ) catalytic.Oxidation of eosine by hydrogen peroxide in the hot water bath and pH=5.50 using bioctylpyridine chloride as sensitized. The linear relation between the △If and the concentration of Bi (Ⅲ) is found to be 8.0~40.0 pg/L and the detection limit is 1.6fg/mL of Bi (Ⅲ).The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate measurements of 8.0 and 40.0 pg/L of Bi (Ⅲ) is 3.2% and 4.8% respectively. The catalytic reaction is first-order in Bi (Ⅲ), and apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is found to be 3.58kJ/mol, K is found to be 3.34?0-4/s. The method has been applied to the determination of trace bismuth in human hair and water samples with satisfactory result.
