摘要
风机叶轮的子午面形状是决定其内部流场的主要因素之一,为此,本文提出了离心式和斜流式叶轮子午面型线的通用几何关系式和计算方法.该法是通风机的计算机辅助设计方法中的一部分,它既适用于对已有风机的验算,又能用于风机叶轮子午面轮廊的设计.
The shape of a meridian surface for a fan impeller is one of the main factors determining the inside flow field. General geometric relations for the meridian surface of both centrifugal and diagonal impellers are proposed. The arbitrary meridian contour for a fan impeller can then be described. If the geometric dimension of a fan impeller is given, the distribution of average meridian velocity along the flow passage can be calculated. On the contrary, the meridian contour can be conveniently determined. In this case, an enclosed system of equations would be solved with the recurrence method so that the trouble involved in the cut-and-try method is avoided. Practical examples show that the calculation results are in agreement with those found for the model fan.
