摘要
多层理论是分析实芯转子异步电机转子体内电磁场及计算电机性能的一种非常有效的方法.文献[1]阐述了在直角坐标下光滑实芯转子异步电机的多层分析理论.这种建立在直角坐标下的多层分析,明显的不足之处是未考虑定、转子曲率影响.采用圆柱坐标的多层分析模型可见于文献[2],它将转子沿径向分成许多薄筒,以各薄筒上的电磁量作为求解变量,列出相应的矩阵方程来求解.这种方法的缺点是待求的矩阵方程往往阶数很高,运算工作量大.本文将根据在圆柱坐标下光滑实芯转子异步电机的多层分析理论,采用文献[2]的分析模型,以矩阵传递方程形式,分析计算光滑实芯转子异步电机转子电磁场.它不仅比文献[2]的方法运算简便,而且矩阵传递方程的形式与直角坐标的相似,分析和处理方法相同,便于两种坐标下计算结果的比较.1
During analysis, an induction machine is supposed to be divided into many thin cylindrical layers in the radial direction. With Maxwell's equations, the electromagnetic field quantities inside each layer are used as the variables and the equation is solved in the form of a matrix transfer equation. The multi-layer theory under 2-dimensional cylindrical coordinates has been developed and it is applied to the analysis of a solid rotor induction machine. The calculation of the complex Bessel's functions is crucial. A calculating method for dividing the complex variables into three groups according to their locations on the complex plane is proposed. The calculation results are compared with those obtained using 2-dimensional rectangular coordinates. It has been found that the deviation of the calculation results by the two different coordinate systems is small if the ratio between the total thickness of all layers and its average radius is not great.
