摘要
文中采用以8052单片机系统为核心的智能化、模块化设计方案,来完成高频电压的数字测量,并给出测量的硬件、软件设计方案。
In this paper,a new kind of testing instrument adopting intelligenl and modularized design scheme with 8052 single chip microcomputer as the control core, also exploitation the arithmetic figure coming completing high frequency Electric voltage measure, introduction the hardware construction and software design are introduced.
