摘要
采用大肠杆菌对含铬废水进行生物处理 ,研究其在不同条件下除铬 (Ⅵ )的能力。实验结果表明 ,该菌的适用范围广 ,处理含铬废水功能强。在菌废比为 1:1时 ,温度为 37℃ ,pH值在 7左右 ,4 8h后对10 0mg/L的含铬废水去除率可达 99%。
The waste water containing chromium(Ⅵ) was treated with escherichia coli.The capacity of the bacteria to remove Cr(Ⅵ) under different conditions was studied also.The experimental results indicated that it's scope of application was wide and the treating capacity for Cr(Ⅵ) was strong.When the ratio of bacteria to waste water was 1:1,the removal efficiency of waste water with 100 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ) was more than 99% after 48 hours.
