摘要
贵州是一个多民族尤以苗族为主,且各类药物资源丰富的省份,其中的苗药资源中不乏药食两用资源,综述灵芝、天麻、杜仲等药食两用的贵州苗药资源及其在食品工业中的应用,旨在促进贵州苗药资源的利用和开发,推动贵州食品产业的多样化。
Guizhou is a multi-ethnic especially Hmong province, and it is rich in resources of all kinds of drugs, there are many medicinal and edible resources in Miao medicine resources. This paper reviews Ganoderma, tall gastrodia tuber, Eucommia and so on and their application in the food industry, in order to promote the use and development of Guizhou Miao medicine resources, and promote the diversification of the food industry in Guizhou.
