摘要
针对国内挂篮施工安全形势严峻的现状,以江西某斜拉桥为工程背景,研究了吊桥式菱形挂篮监控系统的设计及监测实施过程,重点分析了监测系统的现场布置原则及监测结果。分析表明挂篮监测系统能够实时测量挂篮监测点温度、拉伸量、应力、倾斜度和风速变化,监测数据超过安全阀值时会发出预警提示。实践表明本监测系统能够保障挂篮安全施工,提高施工效率。
In view of the grim situation of the construction safety of rhombus hanging basket,this paper studies the design and process monitoring of monitoring system of a cable-stayed bridge located in Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the site layout principles and monitoring results of the monitoring system. The analysis shows that the hanging basket monitoring system can measure the temperature,tensile force,stress,inclination and wind speed of the hanging basket monitoring point in real time. When the monitoring data exceed the safety threshold,it will issue an early warning. The practice shows that the monitoring system can guarantee the safety of the hanging basket and improve construction efficiency.
