摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜与开胸手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:早期非小细胞肺癌患者58例随机分为两组,对照组开胸手术,观察组胸腔镜手术,观察两组状况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后72h引流量均同对照组患者之间具有一定差异性P <0.05。对照组患者治疗后C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6均显著高于观察组患者和治疗前,白细胞介素12水平均显著低于对照组患者和治疗前P <0.05。结论:胸腔镜手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌具有术中创伤小,术后恢复快等特点,有利于患者预后改善,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopy and thoracotomy in the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:58 patients with early non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was operated on the thoracotomy,the observation group was operated on the thoracoscopic surgery,and the two groups were observed.Results:the time of operation,the amount of bleeding in the operation,the time of hospitalization and the flow rate of 72 h after operation in the observation group were all different from those in the control group with a certain difference of P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of C reactive protein and interleukin 6 in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group and before treatment.The level of interleukin 12 in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group and P<0.05 before treatment.Conclusion:thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of early stage non-small cell lung cancer has the advantages of less intraoperative trauma and faster postoperative recovery,which is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
