摘要
目的:评价优质护理在脑梗塞护理中的应用效果。方法:抽选2015年8月～2018年8月我院收治的脑梗死患者124例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=62)行常规护理,优质组(n=62)行优质护理,对比两组应用效果。结果:优质组满意度明显高于对照组,且优质组MBI、FMA评分均明显更高。结论:优质护理可优化整体护理流程,促进运动功能康复,改善预后,提高生活质量,应用效果显著。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of quality nursing in cerebral infarction nursing.Methods:124 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=62)received routine nursing,and the highquality group(n=62)received high-quality nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The satisfaction of the high quality group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the MBI and FMA scores of the high quality group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:High quality nursing can optimize the whole nursing process,promote the rehabilitation of motor function,improve the prognosis,improve the quality of life,and the application effect is remarkable.
