计算仿真方法在创业管理研究中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 计算仿真是管理科学研究的前沿方法,在创业管理研究领域中有着重要的应用前景。本文首先分析了计算仿真的内涵、特征、建模方法和操作模式,论述了采用计算仿真方法开展创业学术研究的实施步骤;其次,对国际顶尖英文期刊近年来发表的采用计算仿真方法的管理研究论文进行了系统评介;随后,以效果推理理论为例,深入探讨了基于计算仿真分析的效果推理逻辑对创业机会创造的作用机制,阐明了利用计算仿真方法开展创业管理研究的思路;最后对全文进行了总结与展望。
