摘要
近年来,我国的大豆播种面积和单位产量持续增加,但自给率一直较低,长期依赖进口。大豆产业亟需转变发展模式,在提高单产的同时,还要大幅降低生产成本。大豆的种植区域一般集中连片,规模较大,适合进行机械化生产。为此,针对黄淮海地区大豆生产机械化程度不高的问题,设计了一套大豆全程机械化生产技术,覆盖种子包衣、精量播种、药物喷施和联合收获4个生产环节。试验结果表明:全程机械化作业使投入的总成本减少了2 820元/hm^2,产值增加了270元/hm^2,共带来3 090元/hm^2的综合效益,可为大豆产业的持续发展提供参考。
Soybean is an important food crop with a wide range of applications.In recent years,China’s soybean planting area and unit output have continued to increase,but the self-sufficiency rate has been low and long-term dependence on imports.The soybean industry urgently needs to change its development model,while increasing production yields,but also significantly reducing production costs.Soybean planting areas are generally concentrated and large in size,suitable for mechanized production.In view of the low degree of mechanization of soybean production in Huanghuaihai area,this paper designed a set of mechanized production technology of soybean,covering four production stages:seed coating,precision seeding,drug spraying and combined harvesting.The whole process of mechanization reduced the total cost of input by 2820 yuan/hm^2,and the output value increased by 270 yuan/hm^2,bringing a total benefit of 3090 yuan/hm^2,which can provide technical support for the sustainable development of the soybean industry.
