摘要
通过从反应底物淀粉的含量和斐林试剂的浓度两方面考虑对大曲糖化力检测的影响,探讨了糖化力检测的新方法,从而实现科学有效的检测大曲糖化力的目的。
In this paper,we explored a new method for saccharification power detection while considered the starch content and the ferine reagent,so that realize the detetion daqu saccharification power about scientific and effective.
