摘要
用数值模拟的方法,计算、分析了镁合金件压铸过程模具温度场的分布特征,研究了浇注温度、模具预热温度工艺参数对模具温度场的影响和较优参数的选择,并通过试验测量验证了模拟结果的正确性。
The character of temperature distribution of the dies in die casting process of magnesium alloy has been calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation. The influences of process parameters such as pouring temperature, preheat temperature of dies on the die temperature and the selection of parameters have been studied. Besides, the accuracy of the numerical simulation result has been validated by actual measuring result.
