摘要
随着铸造技术的发展,砂芯在铸造生产中所起的作用越来越大。通常采用射砂的方法来制作砂芯。随着计算机技术和流体力学理论的发展,借助两相流理论来对射砂过程进行数值模拟成为可能。本文利用两相流理论,采用双流体模型来描述射砂过程,对多种情况下的射砂过程进行了数值模拟,并且利用高速摄像的方法记录下射砂全过程。流动过程的计算结果和试验结果是基本一致的。
With the development of casting technology, sand cores are playing more and more important roles in casting production, and they are normally produced with coreshooting process. With the development of computer technology and fluid dynamics, it is possible to simulate coreshooting process with the twophase flow theory. By applying the twophase flow theory, a mathematical model describing the shooting process has been built, and the shooting process has been simulated numerically in this paper. The whole shooting process has been recorded with a highspeed digital camera. To benchmark the calculating results, many cases have been recorded. The preliminary results have showed that the calculation was good in agreement with the testing result.
