摘要 随着铸造技术的发展,砂芯在铸造生产中所起的作用越来越大。通常采用射砂的方法来制作砂芯。随着计算机技术和流体力学理论的发展,借助两相流理论来对射砂过程进行数值模拟成为可能。本文利用两相流理论,采用双流体模型来描述射砂过程,对多种情况下的射砂过程进行了数值模拟,并且利用高速摄像的方法记录下射砂全过程。流动过程的计算结果和试验结果是基本一致的。 With the development of casting technology, sand cores are playing more and more important roles in casting production, and they are normally produced with coreshooting process. With the development of computer technology and fluid dynamics, it is possible to simulate coreshooting process with the twophase flow theory. By applying the twophase flow theory, a mathematical model describing the shooting process has been built, and the shooting process has been simulated numerically in this paper. The whole shooting process has been recorded with a highspeed digital camera. To benchmark the calculating results, many cases have been recorded. The preliminary results have showed that the calculation was good in agreement with the testing result.
