摘要
以多花黑麦草为原料,加以8种蒙药添加剂分析了其化学成分和发酵品质,结果如下:苍术以0. 5%和1%的2种浓度均能显著提高干物质,并出现提高粗蛋白的趋势;能显著降低pH值,显著提高乳酸含量,氨态氮含量有降低趋势,作为多花黑麦草青贮添加剂有良好的前景;1%浓度的诃子、茵陈蒿、苦参、冷蒿均能显著降低pH值,显著提高乳酸含量;说明以上5种蒙药植物不同程度的改善多花黑麦草青贮的发酵品质。进一步开发利用蒙药青贮添加剂,运用其无污染、无药残、多功能性等特质,为畜牧业提供安全牧草,有利于人畜健康。
The chemical composition and fermentation quality of 8 kinds of Mongolian medicine additives were analyzed with Ryegrass multiflorum as raw material.The results were as follows:at the concentration of 0.5%and 1%,Atractylodes could significantly increase dry matter and increase crude protein;It can significantly decrease PH value,increase lactic acid content and ammonia nitrogen content.It has a good prospect as silage additive of ryegrass.The PH value and lactic acid content of the five Mongolian medicine plants were significantly decreased and the fermentation quality of silage of Lolium multiflorum was improved by 1%concentration of chebula capillata,Artemisia capillaris,Sophora flavescens and Artemisia chrysanthemi.Further development and utilization of Mongolian medicine The silage additive can provide safe forage for animal husbandry and is beneficial to human and animal health by using its characteristics of no pollution,no drug residue and multifunction.
