摘要
装配体分解是困扰基于ICT的产品反求的瓶颈环节,零件分解是装配体分析的关键。文章借鉴医疗CT中的组织分割方法,根据零件间的灰度阶跃设置分解阈值,并引入空间连通域及三维形态学的概念,采用零件生长的方法,实现目标零件的精确拾取,结合典型算例,进行算法验证,取得了较好效果。该方法结合曲面重构和直接体视化两种方法,不仅有效地实现了装配体的零件分解,也为CAD反求系统中的其它环节提供了辅助决策手段。
Part segmentation for assembles is the bottleneck in the ICT-based production reverse design,and it is the key problem for assemble analysis.This paper uses the tissue segmentation technology in medical CT field for reference.Firstly it sets the decomposing threshold based on the differences among parts' gray value,then introduces the concepts of volume connected region as well as3D morphology to adopt the part grow method,and the object part is pick-up accurately at last,this segmentation method is invalidated by a typical example.This method combines the two technolo-gies of volume visualization and surface reconstruction,on the basis of part segmentation for assembles,it can also offer assistants for other tache of the whole reconstruction system.
