离子液体键合固相微萃取涂层萃取效果的研究

摘要 以含离子液体基团的三烷氧基硅烷和二苯基二甲氧基硅烷为前体,通过溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了含键合离子液体和苯基双功能基、不含离子液体的苯基功能基SPME涂层。采用空顶萃固相微取结合GC/FID的方法,以5种多环芳烃为探针,对离子液体和苯基双功能基涂层、不含离子液体的苯基功能基涂层与商用的PDMS/DVB涂层进行萃取效果的比较,结果表明含有离子液体涂层的萃取能力大于不含离子液体涂层和商用PDMS/DVB涂层。相对于商用PDMS/DVB涂层,离子液体和苯基双功能基涂层在涂层较薄的情况下,富集萃取效果高,介于9.5%-47.1%,表明键合离子液体可提高涂层对多环芳烃的选择性和富集效果。 An ionic liquid and benzyl double functional moiety bonded fiber coating 、Non- ionic liquid bonded coating were preparated by sol- gel process,respectively,in which traethoxysilane,diphenyldimethoxysilane and γ- triethoxysilyl- propyl- methyl- imidazolebis( trifluoromethane sulfona-mide) salt were employed as precursors. Compared with PDMS/DVB and Non- IL fiber coatings,IL bonded coating provided higher extraction capability for PAHs tested. Relative to PDMS /DVB,ionic liquid and phenyl double functional coating with thinner coating,high extraction effect,between 9. 5% and 47. 1%. The results demonstrated that IL moiety in the coating could improve extraction capacity of the coating for PAHs.
