摘要
随着铁路客运和货运需求的快速增长,铁路复线率和电化率将大幅提高。既有铁路穿越地下水饮用水源保护区,增建二线及电气化改造在施工及运营期对地下水源地存在安全隐患。通过大郑铁路工程实例,论述了改建工程施工期和运营期对保护区地下水和地表区域的环境影响,及存在的环境风险。并针对受工程条件和自然因素限制,增建二线和电气化改造无法避绕保护区的情况,提出了设计、施工和运营管理等阶段所采取的对策和建议。
With the rapid growth of the railway passenger and freight transport demand,double- rail and electrochemical rate will increase substantially. According to the situation of railway crossing the Source Groundwater Protection Areas,the paper discussed the environmental impact on groundwater protection area of double- track and electrification,and the existence of environmental risk. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward with the inevitability of engineering conditions and natural factors,from the design,construction and operation periods.
