摘要
生态补偿是国家为了推进生态环境持续好转而采取的多种措施的综合应用,本文综述了当前我国水资源现状,分析了生态补偿监测与评价的重点,以及生态补偿监测入境断面采样难点,对生态补偿监测入境断面采样进行了深入研究。
Ecological compensation is a comprehensive application of various measures to promote the continuous improvement of ecologi-cal environment, this paper summarizes the current situation of water resources in China, analyzes the key points of ecological compensation, monitoring and evaluation, and the difficulty of monitoring the entry section.
