摘要 能源是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基础,同时也是经济社会发展的重要制约因素,在国名经济中具有相当重要的战略地位,能源安全事关经济安全和国家安全。煤炭作为我国的主要能源,满足了国内70%的能源需求,充分利用我国丰富的煤炭资源,开发煤代油技术,是多元缓减石油供需矛盾的重要举措。与当今世界的环保主题相一致,煤炭清洁转化之路——煤化工是该能源转化利用的必然之路。而目前,作为煤化工的重点和难点的煤气化运行周期短的特性依然存在。本文将论述如何延长气化炉系统运行周期的几点举措。通过对影响GE水煤浆气化炉长周期运行的几点制约因素进行研究分析,技术试验改进,到运行结果反馈验证,延长气化炉系统的运行周期。 Energy resources is the important basis for the survival and development of human society,became to critical factor to the world economic,occupied the important position on china's strategic objective.As well as the safety level of energy resources application showed upon the stage from national and economical issue.Coal is most abundant energy resource of our country,it satisfied 70% domestic consumers.The sufficient utilization of coal resource,and the improvement of coal techniques both of them are significant acts to relief crude oil demanded.On the same page with global environmental protection,clean coal resource revolution--the only coal chemical way which must be passed.So far the short period of the coal chemical flied is hard key point still.The article discussed different paths to extend the gasifier operation period.Focus on few GE water-slurry gasification restraining factors,analyzed the feedback from technical improvement,therefore increased the gasifier operating period.
