摘要
根据塔河油田工程地质特性,结合钻井与完井实践,从储集空间类型及其地层条件下的变化,分析了塔河油田石炭系老井开窗侧钻完井中所面临的问题,探讨了塔河油田石炭系老井开窗侧钻井眼的完井方法。提出了先钻好井眼,然后以封固上部泥岩段、下部产层裸眼或下筛管,最后酸压改造的整体完井思路,并进一步分析设计了封固上部泥岩的斜井段固井技术及产层段的酸压改造技术两套工艺,分别实现了裸眼或筛管顶部注水泥固井及小井眼下的酸化压裂地层改造,最后对侧钻过程中的打漏井的完井方法进行了简单的分析和设计。本研究成果为塔河油田石炭系老井开窗侧钻水平井完井提供了一定的理论基础,对实现塔河油田深层奥陶系油气藏的进一步开发和提高油田的最终采收率具有一定的理论和现实意义。
According to tahe oilfield engineering and geological features,combined with drilling and completion practices,and oil reservoir space and formation conditions,the completion problems of carboniferous sidetracking horizontal well were analyzed,and the completion methods of carboniferous sidetracking horizontal well were researched.Take these as foundation,a whole completion idea for solve the completion problems was provided,that is drill the wellbore completely firstly,and then cementing the upper mudstone,the production formation is naked completion or screen pipe completion,moreover,designing two technology,one is cementing well at the phase of deviated well,the other is acid fracturing to the production formation,the technology of top screen pipe cementing and acid fracturing in small diameter well was presented.At last,the completion technology of leakage well during drilling sidetracking horizontal well was analyzed and designed.This research provided a basis for sidetracking horizontal well completion in the tahe oilfield.It had certain theoretical and practical significance to realize the deep Ordovician Oilfield further development of oil and gas reservoirs and improve the ultimately recovery ratio of tahe oilfield.
