摘要
为解决稠油热采中遇到的蒸汽汽窜问题,针对大庆阿拉新稠油区块的开发,制备了一种新型聚乙二醇共聚凝胶型封堵剂,对成胶机理进行分析,并对封堵效果进行评价。将聚乙二醇和乙二醛以一定比例加入甲酸溶液中,在一定条件下制得一种新型共聚凝胶封堵剂。实验结果表明,在高温下封堵剂能通过交联作用形成热稳定性强的水凝胶,且通过对比不同蒸汽温度下的封堵率和突破压力梯度,发现此封堵剂封堵效果理想,且在270℃下封堵效果最好。
To solve problems of steam channeling for thermal recovery of heavy oil,focused on recovery of Alaxin heavy oil block in Daqing oilfield,we prepared a novel polyethylene glycol copolymerized gel plugging agent,analyzed mechanism of gelling and evaluated performance of plugging.Polyethylene glycol and glyoxal were added into formic acid aqueous solution at certain ratio,then a novel copolymerized gel plugging agent was prepared in some conditions.Experiment results indicated that this plugging agent formed hydrogel under high temperature by crosslinking reaction.Comparing plugging ratio and breakthrough pressure gradient under different steam temperature,it was found that this plugging agent had desired performance of plugging,which was best under 270℃.
