三元采出污水配制三元体系粘度性能改进方法研究

摘要 三元复合驱采出污水水质成分复杂,处理难度大,处理后的污水质量较难达到油田注入水标准,导致配制三元体系粘度大幅降低,使三元采出污水无法充分利用。为此,本文针对三元采出污水处理站外输污水,采取过滤、曝氧、过滤曝氧、紫外杀菌或者加碱等多种方法处理,探索改善三元采出污水水质、保证配制体系粘度性能的途径。实验结果表明,当三元体系配方中碱、表面活性剂和聚合物浓度分别为1.2%、0.3%和2000mg/L时,用上述各种方法处理前后对比,三元体系粘度分别提高5.3mPa·s、3.7mPa·s、13.1mPa·s、3.5mPa·s、12.9mPa·s。加碱处理方法可使三元体系粘度稳定性最好,其次是过滤曝氧方法,90天时,三元体系粘度分别为28.7mPa·s和23.8mPa·s。综合分析采用加碱处理工艺,可使三元采出污水有望得到利用。 The sewage produced from ASP flooding is complex and difficult to treat.The treated sewage is difficult tomeet the injection water standard of oilfield,resulting in a significant decrease in the viscosity of the ASP system,which makes the ASP derived sewage unable to be fully utilized.Using the sewage transported from the sewage treatment station,this paper explores the ways to improve the quality of the ternary produced sewage,ensuring the viscosity performance of the formulation system by means of filtration,aeration,aeration after filtration,ultraviolet sterilization or adding alkali before preparation.The results show that when the concentration of alkali,surfactant and polymer are 1.2%,0.3%and 2000 mg/L respectively,the viscosities of the ternary system are accordingly increased by 5.3 mPa·s,3.7 mPa·s,13.1 mPa·s,3.5 mPa·s and 12.9 mPa·s respectively.The viscosity stability of ternary system is the best after alkali treatment,and then through filtration and aeration.On 90 th day,the viscosity of ternary system is 28.7 mPa·s and 23.8 mPa·s respectively.It is expected that the ternary produced sewage can be utilized through alkali treatment process.
