肠道病毒Ev71感染手足口病并发神经系统损伤研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 EV71是一种新型的肠道病毒,已被公认为继脊髓灰质炎病毒被消灭以后的最重要的嗜神经病毒。近年来,EV71感染的手足口病已在世界各个地方爆发及流行,主要感染5岁以下儿童,其主要死亡原因是严重的神经系统并发症、神经源性肺水肿。病情进展快,病死率高,本文就近几年EV71致神经系统损伤机制研究作一综述。 EV71 is a new type of intestinal virus,it has been generally accepted as the most important neurotropic virus after the polio virus is destroyed. In recent years,EV71 infection in hand foot and mouth disease has outbreak and epidemic in world each place,mainly affects children under 5years old. The main cause of death is edema neurological complications,neurogenic pulmonary serious。The progression of the disease is rapid,The mortality rate is high. In this paper,the recent years studies on the neural system injury mechanism of EV71 were reviewed.
