摘要
心率变异性(HRV)指逐次心动周期之间差异的变化,其反应神经体液因素对心律和心率有调节功能,心率变异性可评估自主神经对心血管的调控作用并反映心脏活动的正常与否,也可用于研究某些疾病状态,本文就某些疾病中HRV的变化作临床应用范围及评价与展望的简要介绍。
